You'll be paid monthly via direct deposit to your local bank account. You won't need to chase payments, we guarantee reliable and timely payroll.
How do I get matched to projects? ▼
After you're onboarded, we'll start offering you project matches based on your skills, availability, and interests. We don't use open bidding, we only match you with opportunities we believe are a good fit for your background and rate.
How soon will I get my first project? ▼
We aim to place developers on projects within 1–2 weeks of onboarding. Placement speed depends on your availability, experience, and rate. Full-time availability typically results in faster matching.
Can I take other work while waiting for a RecLoom project? ▼
Since you're employed by RecLoom, we expect you to work only on projects we assign. However, if you're still in the onboarding phase or on a break between projects, you can discuss any temporary flexibility with your success manager.
