You manage the developer's day-to-day work via a Master Service Agreement (MSA). This eliminates all employment overhead and gives you flexibility to scale without long-term commitments.

What's included in the hourly rate?

Everything. The hourly rate covers the developer's salary, benefits, payroll taxes, compliance costs, and our management fee. You get one simple monthly invoice. No hidden fees, no surprises, no additional costs.

What is the minimum commitment?

Minimum 160 hours per month (full-time equivalent). All engagements include a 4-week trial period. After the trial, we typically work on a rolling monthly basis with 30-day notice for termination. This gives you flexibility while ensuring developer stability.

Can we convert a contractor to a full-time employee?

Yes! Many clients start with Staff Augmentation and later convert successful contractors to direct employees. We have a buyout fee structure for conversions (typically equivalent to 2-3 months of the hourly rate). Contact us to discuss the terms.

The developer works on your real projects while you evaluate their technical skills, communication, and team fit. During the trial, you can end the engagement with 1 week notice if it's not working out. After the trial, we move to standard 30-day notice terms.

Typically 2-3 weeks from initial request. We match you with pre-vetted developers from our talent pool, you interview them, and once selected, they can start within days. The exact timeline depends on developer availability and your interview schedule.

What if the developer doesn't work out?

During the 4-week trial, you can end the engagement with 1 week notice. We'll find you a replacement at no additional placement fee. After the trial, standard 30-day notice applies. We also provide a 30-day quality guarantee—if there are performance issues in the first month, we'll work with you to resolve them or provide a replacement.
