What happens if the candidate doesn't work out during the trial?

You get one free replacement. We'll search for another candidate that better fits your needs at no additional cost. The replacement candidate will also have a 4-week trial period to ensure they're the right fit for your team.

How is the 12.5% calculated?

The fee is 12.5% of the candidate's first-year total compensation (base salary plus any guaranteed bonuses). You pay 20% of the total fee upfront to start the trial, and the remaining 80% when the candidate successfully completes the trial period.

How many candidates will you present?

We present suitable candidates that match your requirements—quality over quantity. You choose which candidate to move forward with for the trial period. If your chosen candidate doesn't work out during the trial, we'll provide a replacement at no additional cost.

What if we want to hire the candidate before the 4-week trial ends?

You can hire at any time! If you're confident after 2 weeks, you can proceed with the hire and pay the remaining 80% fee. The trial period is a maximum timeframe, not a minimum requirement.

Do you handle employment contracts and payroll?

No, with Direct Hire, the candidate becomes your direct employee. You handle all employment contracts, payroll, benefits, and HR administration. If you need us to handle these aspects, consider our Staff Augmentation model instead.

How quickly can we start?

After our discovery call, you'll receive candidate profiles within 1 week. Most clients have developers starting their trial within 2-3 weeks from the initial call.
