How quickly can we start?

We can begin immediately after our partnership setup call. The setup typically takes 1-2 days to align on requirements and processes. Once set up, we start sourcing candidates right away. You'll typically see first candidates within the first week.

Do you handle employment contracts and payroll?

No, with Embedded Partner, candidates become your direct employees. We manage the recruitment process and offer negotiation, but you handle employment contracts, payroll, and benefits. If you need us to handle employment administration, consider our Staff Augmentation model.

Can we hire for multiple roles at once?

What if we need to pause hiring?

For monthly retainer clients, we typically work on a month-to-month basis with 30-day notice. You can pause or cancel anytime with proper notice. For per-hire clients, there's no commitment— simply let us know if you need to pause and we'll put things on hold.

We track: time-to-hire, candidate quality (interview pass rates), offer acceptance rates, hiring manager satisfaction, and candidate experience scores. We provide weekly reports showing pipeline metrics, candidate progress, and hiring velocity.
